Reston Woman Arrested After Hit-and-Run With Kids in Car

Fairfax County Police

A Reston woman arrested by Fairfax County Police on Sunday after she repeatedly rammed her car into another car  — while children were in her vehicle — in Prince William County, Manassas Patch reports.

Police arrested Diana Maria Castellano, 31, of Greywing Square at her home shortly after the incident. She is charged with two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, two counts of felony child neglect, one count of felony hit and run and one count of reckless driving

Prince William County Police responded to the incident at Sudley Road and Crestwood Drive in the Manassas area of Prince William County at 2:45 a.m. on Sunday.

The alleged victim in the case, a 35-year-old man of Manassas, told police he had gotten into an argument with Castellano, which led to her striking the back of his car repeatedly with her own before driving away from the scene. No injuries were reported, but investigators later learned Castellano had her two children, ages 7 and 5, in the car with her during the incident.

A bond of $7,500 was set.
