Reston Real Estate: Just Sold

Just Sold

This is a sponsored post from Eve Thompson of Reston Real Estate.

There were 12 properties that went from Pending to Sold this past week in Reston. The average days on market for this group was 66 days — reflective of the slower fall/winter market we experienced earlier this year. Average price for this group of sold homes was $497,500.

The buyers are out, so if you’re planning on selling this year you might consider listing sooner rather than later. We have 213 active properties on the market the absorption rate (how long it would take to sell all 213 homes), is a little over four months.
