Banks Merge — Reston-based Access National Bank has formed a merger with Middleburg Financial Corp. After the merger, Middleburg Bank offices (including a branch in Reston) will continue to operate under the name of Middleburg Bank; the existing Access offices will continue to carry the name Access National Bank.
