Items were taken from a home in the Hattontown area during a break-in last week.
The Fairfax County Police Department says the crime took place in the 2300 block of Dakota Lakes Drive last Tuesday. A home was broken into between 2 p.m. and 4:45 p.m., according to the report, and items were stolen. Detectives are investigating the case.

11400 block of Waterview Cluster, tires from vehicle
