Crime Roundup: String of Larcenies, No Major Incidents Reported

No major crime incidents were reported in the last week by local law enforcement agencies.

In one incident, a Reston resident was arrested for public intoxication on Saturday (July 21) at around 4 p.m.

Samuel Adjei, 50, was spotted near a car in a parking garage on the 45000 block of Vintage Park Plaza in Sterling.

The Fairfax County Police Department reported the following incidents in recent days:

11300 block of Baron Cameron Avenue, purse from vehicle

700 block of Bennet Street, copper from school

2900 block of Branleigh Park Court, jewelry from residence

1800 block of Cameron Glen Drive, wallet from residence

1800 block of Cameron Glen Drive, ring from residence

2400 block of Centreville Road, cash from business

12900 block of Highland Crossing Drive, merchandise from business

1400 block of North Point Village Center, merchandise from business

12300 block of Pinecrest Road, bag, wallet and credit cards from vehicle

1900 block of Reston Metro Plaza, bag from business

STOLEN VEHICLES:

1500 block of Northgate Square, 2010 Honda Civic

1800 block of Wiehle Avenue, 2003 Toyota Land Cruiser
