Meet Ralph Youngren, a local resident of the Reston community, he’s a 95-year-old WW2 veteran who is as fit as a fiddle. A few years ago he fractured his femur and this required a titanium plate in his leg. Ralph has been using in-home personal training for the past year to get back in shape, but it was paused due to coronavirus lockdown. Ralph wanted to continue to train so he moved over to virtual personal training with FaceTime. His wife Ann keeps an eye on him while he’s doing his sessions and he is still able to get in a full workout using a chair and cans of beans as weights.
