Appropriate for both new and knowledgeable students who are looking for a shorter class in which you can practice modified yoga that is safe for every body. Classes include joint freeing and strength and flexibility building movements, as well as balance and posture awareness. Moves can be done at your own pace while seated or standing. Use of supports such as yoga blocks, straps and walls is encouraged. Breathing techniques are incorporated throughout the class to promote efficient respiration and ease in body and mind. Class size limited to 12 allows for personalized attention.
