With heavy rain expected Tuesday, the National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for Fairfax County and most of the Washington, D.C. area.
The watch, which means conditions may develop that could lead to flash flooding, is in effect from 2 p.m. Tuesday to 2 a.m. Wednesday.
