Lots of properties are hitting the market in Reston. Following a brief slowdown for Easter, 50 new listings hit the Reston real estate market this week bring the inventory up to 289. Properties are selling at a slightly slower pace which has driven the inventory up to just under three months. It is still a strong market with really good activity.
Waterfront property which has been in short supply, has increased by a good bit with lots of choices at different price points on all of the Reston lakes.
