Winter Weather Advisory Issued for Fairfax County

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Fairfax County and most of the D.C. area from 9 p.m. through 9 a.m. tomorrow.

Forecasters say around an inch of snow is possible overnight tonight, potentially complicating tomorrow’s morning commute.

The advisory “means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties,” according to the NWS.
