Whitney, Bradley & Brown, Inc. Acquired by H.I.G. Capital — The Reston-based firm, which provides program management and consulting services to federal agencies, was acquired by the private equity firm, H.I.G. Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is H.I.G.’s second major government market acquisition this year.
