The Fairfax County Police Department’s Reston District Station reports two area burglaries in the last week.
The first was in the 2500 block of Polly Jefferson Way in Oak Hill on Jan. 1. A resident reported someone entered the house and took property.
The second was in the 11200 block of Chestnut Grove Square on Jan. 3. The perpetrators again entered the home and took property.
Police did not specify in either case whether the entry was forced or a description of items taken.
