I’ve always thought arrival at Dulles is one of the worst ways to say “Welcome to our area”. When I’ve traveled, there are many airports that feel like they’re happy you came to visit. This is the “capital of the Free World” and when you arrive at Dulles it screams “we are totally indifferent to your presence” at best. Ick.
