A rash of bicycle thefts, as well as a burglary, mark this week’s crime report from the Fairfax County Police’s Reston District Station.
The home burglary took place on Thursday, when a resident reported someone entered a residence in the 1700 block of Wainwright Drive and took property. Police did not elaborate on what was taken.
Meanwhile, there have been three bicycle thefts  reported in Reston in the last week.
Bikes were taken from homes in the 11500 block of Links Drive near Lake Anne, the 1600 block of Oak Spring Way near Tall Oaks and the 2200 block of Castle Rock Square in South Reston.
