Reston Real Estate: Just Sold

Just Sold

This is a sponsored post by Eve Thompson of Reston Real Estate.

Reston real estate sales continue to move along at a brisk clip with 27 properties going from PENDING to SOLD this past week.

For comparison sake, Herndon settled 16 properties, Sterling 19, Vienna 16 and McLean settled 10. There were nearly 50 more transactions in Reston than in neighboring areas.

Among those sold this week was a property that’s been on the market for just shy of two years: 11308 Stoneledge Ct. That eight-bedroom, 20,000-square-foot home on two acres went for $2.3 million — almost half of its original list price of 4,499,000.
