Why does one need a re-election fundraiser, when one is running unopposed? Where is the money going… The caucus, other candidates in different districts, or … If you support such a fund raiser do you realize where your money is going? Or care for that matter?

  • Chuck Morningwood

This whole dog tethering ban …does that extend to small children also?

  • John Higgins

It does sound odd (at best); on reflection, I don’t recall an election where an unopposed candidate was totally silent or uncommunicative in the run-up. That requires money, the fiel of our system.

If you give money to a politician who is running unopposed, check your head for lobotomy scars.

Spot on where the money that folks give to Kenny’s campaign goes. Here is a link to VPAP.org on our delegate. Thanks for supporting his special interests.

Are any Republicans running for any of the local seats this fall (Hunter Mill Supervisor, Va Delegate, Va Senate, School Board)? That would be a no. If someone “were” on the ticket and held an event, of course I would post it.
