More crime in South Reston? I’m shocked, a multitude of posters here have lobbed insults like grenades at those that even dare point out this fact. I believe “xenophobe” , “biggot” and the like.

Remember, when seconds count the cops are minutes away. Stay safe!

There is more crime in parts – not all – of south Reston of north Reston. But when crimes, sometimes serious or multiple, are reported in north Reston, it’s silence from the folks in north Reston who like to post sarcastic remarks about south Reston crime. I remember one week when most of the crime was in north Reston. Crickets.

It seems like there’s more crime overall than 10+ years ago. And no, not because of the Metro!

Sorry, that should read “of south Reston than of north Reston.”

The only time I ever here about crime in South Reston, is every time I read RestonNow.

To deter package theft this holiday season I encourage residents to fill amazon boxes with heavy rocks & glitter and leave them on your door step.

Personally, I’m betting that it’s those Indians from Little Bombay across the street.
