There are no “best” restaurants in Reston.

They are all designed to rush you through a meal as fast as they can so more customers can be crammed in–especially true of the predominately chain-based restaurants in RTC. They all have rather CONVENTIONAL menus (maybe focusing on some general ethnic cuisine or food type–say, fish), MECHANICAL college drop out wait staffs (“Hello, my name is Rick. I’ll be your server this evening….”) who are more interested in getting your order NOW and getting you moving on than providing good service (including knowing when NOT to interrupt), and environments that are so LOUD you can’t hear yourself talk–much less hear your dining partner.
