    Rest in peace, unnamed Motorcyclist.

It might not be good riding weather, folks, but there are still riders out there. Please keep an eye out for them. A young man who’s life was just starting is now lost to all of us.

As for riders, remember that this isn’t what most people think of as riding weather. Most cagers aren’t expecting bikes on the road at this time of year. I know it’s cold outside, and so there’s a tendency to hurry to get someplace warm. Remember though, that in a Cage v. Scooter incident, you get the ride in the ambulance.

I agree with you. Look once, twice, again and be sure you haven’t missed a bike in the traffic. Be aware of where bikes are, and where they’ve gone, as you drive. Especially now, when it’s dark more often, and all the lights are confusing.
