Torres Released From Jail — Former Fairfax County Police officer Adam Torres, who pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the death of an unarmed man in Springfield in 2013, left Fairfax County Jail on Wednesday. Torres had been sentenced to one year in jail, but was granted time served since he had been incarcerated for 10 months already. [WTOP]
