Crime Roundup: Apartment Dweller Says Someone Broke In When She Wasn’t Home

A South Reston resident told police that someone broke into her apartment last week.

According to FCPD, the incident took place in the 11700 block of Ledura Court, off Springwood Drive. The apartment’s occupant said the residence had been forcibly entered. Police said that while signs of force were found, no property was taken during the break-in.

Meanwhile, FCPD’s Reston District Station also reported the following crimes in recent days:

2300 block of Soapstone Drive, beer from business

9200 block of White Chimney Lane, wallet from business

None reported
