A man has died from his injuries after police say he fell from a parking garage at Reston Town Center Friday evening.

Officers from the Reston Police District issued a statement Monday evening indicating that the incident is under investigation.

Police said officers responded to the 11900 block of Freedom Drive Friday evening after it was reported that an 18-year-old man had accidentally fallen off a parking structure where he was hanging out with a friend.

The man, identified as Robin Buritica Carvajal of Woodbridge, was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. He later died from those injuries on Sunday.

And may he rest in peace.

But everything is joke-able. That’s life. In fact, i think he’d wad t us to celebrate his life through lightheartedness, no?

Accident? The only guy I ever knew who “fell off a parking garage” was tossed. I am curious if he was doing risky something only a 17-21 year old make would do, or what?

I actually attended high school with him. As far as everyone at school is aware he was doing pull up off the edge of the building to impress a girl

Robin aka Junior was an amazing young man. He was an outstanding track athlete, he always had a smile to share, he loved Jesus with all his heart and soul, he didn’t drink, do drugs, or even cuss. He was an honor role student in advanced studies, and he was very confident in himself, he didn’t need to impress girls, just his presence was impressive enough. We miss you Junior, r.i.p. dear friend.
