Developing: Bank Robbery Investigation Underway in Herndon

The Fairfax County Police Department is investigating a bank robbery that happened at  BB&T Bank on 2130 Centreville Road in Herndon.

Officers are searching for the suspect, who was initially described as a 5’9″ black male, with a thin build. He was last seen wearing jeans, a black baseball hat and jacket.
