Developing: Man Hit With Possible BB Pellet While Walking Dog

Local police are investigating an incident during which a man was hit by a possible BB pellet while walking his dog earlier this morning in the area of Soapstone Drive and South Lakes Drive.

The man suffered a minor injury, according to the Fairfax County Police Department. He was hit in the chest by the object.

The incident remains under investigation. No further information was immediately available.
