Trees Cleared near Sunrise Valley ES — Fairfax County has been removing trees near Sunrise Valley Elementary in order to meet easement requirements on Cross School Road. Food Truck Bill Includes State Roads — Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe signed a bill Monday that allows food trucks on state-maintained roads, which has been a point of contention in Fairfax County. The bill, introduced by Fairfax County Del. Eileen Filler-Corn, becomes a law on July 1. [WTOP]

Food Truck Thursday at RTC — The monthly Food Truck Thursdays returns to Reston Town Center today.
