Wanted: Volunteers For Chamber’s Annual Ethics Day

Greater Reston Chamber of CommerceThe Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce is seeking adult volunteers for its annual Ethics Day on Nov. 26.

Each November, GRCC and other community organizations sponsor the day-long event for South Lakes High School seniors. The students are taken offsite to the Reston Sheraton to spend a day learning about ethical decision making and how it will affect their adult lives.

Using a series of four different complex, but real-life scenarios students will be asked to review, discuss and reach ethical decisions for each scenario. Adults guides lead a group of about nine students through the different scenarios to facilitate discussion.
