So as the first month of the New Year comes to an end and we have all pledged to lose weight by eating less and keep a budget by spending less, restaurants all over the Metro area try to lure us back in to 2,000 calorie lunches at $20 and 3,500 calorie dinners at $35–a penny a calorie.

    Go figure!

      Someone always has to complain.
Some of us keep to a budget, exercise, and don’t over eat during the holidays. Some of us enjoy the opportunity to enjoy a nice restaurant for less than normal. Some of us don’t stuff all 3500 calories down our throat just as we don’t need a law to prevent us from drinking 64 ounces of coke at lunch. To put it another way, some of us have self control. Stop complaining and get a hold of your life.

One thing you apparently don’t have: A sense of humor.

        Have a nice, self-controlled day.

That was supposed to be funny? smh

            Apparently you don’t understand irony.

$20 for lunch and $35 for dinner.
