Coming Soon: Pet Valu at North Point Village Center

North Point Village CenterPet Valu, a franchise pet supply store, has been issued permits to renovate the space at 1422 North Point Village Center.

That storefront formerly housed an AT&T store, which closed in October 2014.

This will be Pet Valu’s second location in Reston. There is a Pet Valu at South Lakes Village Center selling pet food, toys, treats, grooming supplies and other necessities. It also features pet rescue group adoptions on weekends, as well as a do-it-yourself dog wash.

No opening date has been announced.

Two PetValues in Reston, still zero Hooters.

I wonder whether they’ll have that much sought after breed, the Sweater Kitten?

    • Baron von PloppenHausen

I think a Hooters would do well in the North Point Village Center

Is anything ever going back into the old Burger King location? I’d be happy with another Burger King again. Anything.

Chik-Fil-A…there was an article about it a while back. I think permitting is to happen in March or something.

Yes to Chick-Fil-A but no to the Burger King Space. Chick Fil A is trying to get one of the bank buildings, which it will knock down and build a new building (which is why it has to go through the permitting process). Nothing heading for BK space yet. One of longest vacancies in Reston.

Starbucks should move to the old Burger King space.

Really nice staff, high quality pet stuff at the PetValu in South Lakes.
