Based on reports from interviewees, it clear that StoneTurn will produce a $45,000 whitewash of the venality and incompetence of the Tetra fiasco: no analysis of the absence of competing buyers for the Tetra property; no analysis of the reasons for the rush to buy; no analysis of the regulatory and deed restrictions on the redeveopment of the property; no analysis of the non-standard appraisal, no inquiry into the multiple conflicts of interest among the proponents; no inquiry into the failure to understand the extent of the damage to the derelict building.

In short a further waste of time and money.

A little concerned here. You are actually speaking with individuals that have been interviewed by the consultant? Do you understand how that appears?
