I tried Tacos and More. Decent food. Very busy. But at $9 for 3 tacos, I suspect that I won’t be visiting a lot.

I think a few years ago, some start-up research indicated that to break even a upper end fast food establishment had to typically average about $8 per client to make a profit.

but but but but I need minimum wage to be $15.

That’s a small business killer. Or the two people making 7.50 will only be one making 15. 🙂

Yeah, and that would blow a hole in that breakeven model. But Liberals don’t think about such silly things.

So much more important to bring down statues or rename streets.

I went the the Taco restaurant for lunch – the tacos were delicious as always. I used to frequent the Chef on Wheels food truck when it was outside my office building on Business Center Drive near Lifetime. The restaurant was decorated very nicely; it gets busy there after 12 noon. People that would frequent the food truck have found the restaurant; people are willing to wait for great food.
