Honoring Jail’s “Rock Stars” — Fairfax County Sheriff Stacey Kincaid tells volunteers they are all “rock stars” at a ceremony in their honor. Sheriff’s Office volunteers provide inmate programs that include employability and workplace skills, financial planning, responsible parenting, anger management, impact of crime awareness, alcohol and drug addiction recovery, educational advancement and spirituality.
