New Church Leader — Rev. Dr. Debra W. Haffner has been hired as the new  minister of the Unitarian Universalist Church in Reston (UUCR). She is currently a minister at the Unitarian Universalist Church in Westport, Conn., who entered the ministry after a career in public health.
