Video Purports to Show Anti-Muslim Exchange at Reston Store

by RestonNow.com — May 8, 2017 at 7:00 am 166 Comments

A video purporting to show a woman making anti-Muslim comments while in line at the Reston Trader Joe’s store has received local, national and global attention since it was first posted early Sunday.

Comedian Jeremy McLellan posted the clip on social media after, he says, a friend of his — a Muslim woman who took the video and bore the brunt of the woman’s rant — sent it to him.

“I wish they didn’t let you in the country,” the woman said to the video-taker, who replies that she was born in the U.S.

Here’s how it started, according to McLellan:

Twenty-four hours after the video was posted, despite extensive news coverage, the woman had still not been publicly identified and certain details of the story have not yet been independently verified. A manager at the Reston Trader Joe’s, for instance, told WJLA (ABC 7) that he could not confirm the video was shot in the store.

On social media, the video has prompted an outcry of near-universal condemnation of the woman’s remarks. The clip has amassed hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of views

Nothing in all the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity. — Martin Luther King, Jr.

    • Jenny Gibbers

Instead of being so political correct and reporting on hurt feelings; maybe the media should report on gun violence which claims over 10,000 victims each year, and raise awareness:

. Many of them women (domestic violence)
. Many of them youth (fighting the war on drugs, the other side)
      . Many of them innocent

This here argument valid, not even mentioning the injured and handicapped resulting from this civil war. Can anyone stop them?

      • Anonymous Poster

        Gag.

“Many” is a weasel word, post numbers or else there’s no context for this argument.

This is also wildly not germane.

      • The Constitutionalist

Well, my reply to this comment was censored, no surprise there from the left wing moderators who hate facts.

And it looks like it will be again.

How about we focus on real issues, ones that claim the lives of many, many more people.

        Car accidents ~32,000
Suicides ~47,000 (most of your gun violence statistic, as they’re not separated so they can boost the ‘violence’ number)
        Medical Malpractice ~440,000
        Smoking – ~400,000

Let’s not make issues larger than they need to be.

      • tstev

There you go.. the apologists for white supremacists..

        She is one you.. obviously

        • Todd

You must be the person the lady in the video was talking too?

          • tstev

Ask Fred, your other ID.. to answer that

          • Paul Simon Hay

            “abusing” not “talking to”.

      • Bob Albers

Or maybe worrying about how many babys are murdered each year due to abortion.
Over a half a million people die from cigarettes and second hand smoke each year.

        • Paul Simon Hay

No babies are “murdered” by abortion,

      • Wrdfrk

So I supposed Black people being relegated to sit at the back of the bus was also a case of being too sensitive when at the time other issues, like the Vietnam War, which had a much higher body count, should have been everyone’s focus. BTW, I’m a big GVP activist so I agree that it’s an important issue but it doesn’t take precedence over the daily and institutional oppression of racism.

  • Jenny Gibbers

I normally dont get into cat fights but this is is just a highly overblown situation where two bored ladies argue and reurgitate what the polarized media is promoting. Total time waster.

    • David

Uhh no. This wasn’t an argument. This was an ignorant moron making a fool of herself. Completely unprovoked and one-sided. Cudos to the muslim woman for not smacking her.

      • Jenny Gibbers

        “Smacking her”

There goes the neighborhood: violence! So you are a fun loving liberal, tolerant and all, but your near-acceptance of revenge reveals a lot. Even though, at this point we dont even know all the facts. “Hater”!

        • David

I actually lean conservative, that just doesn’t prevent me from recognizing bigotry when it presents itself. I’m not advocating that the smack the women, but I think it would be a natural and understandable reaction.

    • The Constitutionalist

Before I pass judgement one way or the other, I would like to see what happened before the filming started.

Snap judgments made after watching a 57 second snip of a clearly much longer interaction are just as baseless as many of these comments are going to be.

      • JoeInReston

Its very hard to come up with a possible narrative on what happened, prior to the filming, that would show the lady who says “wish they didn’t let you in the country” and “Obama is not in office anymore. We don’t have a muslim in their anymore” in a different light.

This is not something that can be dismissed as a cat fight.

        • The Constitutionalist

I didn’t say that it wasn’t. I’m just saying that before jumping to conclusions, it’s generally a good practice to gather the “whole story.”

Right now you only have 57 seconds of one side, and a second hand account from the twitter feed of a comedian.

This wasn’t even close to a cat fight.

          • tstev

That is a cliche rant to deny the evidence before you

          • drax

What possible other side of the story could change the meaning of her comments? They’re more than sufficient.

          • The Constitutionalist

            No one said they weren’t.

      • tstev

You are passing judgement and that is why you tried to wash it multiple times. Why are you here if you are not to wash it.

        • The Constitutionalist

Literally not a single comment from me today refers to any passage of judgement on this subject. You are projecting your radical left wing ideology and attempting to twist what other people are saying to label them either a racist or a white supremacist.

Please find help, for all our sake.

          • tstev

That is what you “claim” but you are not truthful.

You claimed that she is not a white supremacist and what was that based on?

          • The Constitutionalist

I said that nothing portrayed in the video automatically makes her a white supremacist. She is clearly an Islamophobe. But, as I’m more intellectually developed than you are, I will not jump to conclusions about the rest of her personality when it just isn’t clear.

Because guess what? I’m not a racist. I don’t make snap judgement about people.

          • tstev

Again that is a fraudulent claim. The fact that the blond claimed that the women was not an American is the proof. Why did she target Obama.. Why did she say that Obama should be arrested..

          • The Constitutionalist

Accusing someone of not being an American does not make you a white supremacist.

She may very well be a white supremacist, but it isn’t something I would decide by the two sentences made by her in the video. But then again, that’s why you’re not a judge, thank God.

I don’t know why she thinks that Obama will be arrested soon, but that doesn’t make you a white supremacist.

She targeted Obama because she clearly believed that he was a Muslim.

I don’t understand how we cannot agree on these simple facts.

          • tstev

That is sufficient evidence in that video. You have declared yourself to be the judge because you are trying to wash white supremacy.

If you believe that she believe Obama is a Muslim is because of racist doctrine to begin with.

          • The Constitutionalist

Yep, it’s official. You can’t be taken seriously. You are literally what people were worried about when the states overwhelmingly elected Donald Trump as #notyourpresident.

          • tstev

Nothing official about you declare anything. You have lost the argument and so you are playing trolling games.

          • drax

A pointless argument though. Who cares whether you can call her a white supremacist or not? She’s a hater, that’s a good enough label.

          • tstev

It is material because she is acting like a brown shirt.. That is a doctrine that is being propagated by media to allow for the behavior..

          • Mike M

            I missed the violence.

          • tstev

You wanted violence too? That was not enough according to you..

          • Adrian Havill

            Agree.

          • Mike M

            Figures.

          • Mike M

            There are multiple possibilities:
            – She is nuts. (Most likely.)
            – She listens to fake news.
            – She knows something you don’t.

          • tstev

What did you post that to me! Is that a defense ?

      • Adrian Havill

And yet people are sentenced to prison for more serious offenses.

        • The Constitutionalist

Yes, people should go to prison for more serious offenses. That’s the idea. There are quite a few things more serious than calling someone mean names in the checkout line.

    • RestonNeighbor

No, this was a vile woman that when given a favor, decided to blurt “I wish they didn’t let you in our country.” I.e. Crazy Alex-Jones lady

    • tstev

You are not bored though and that is why you are not here and not trying to take the focus off white supremacist rants.

      • Jenny Gibbers

I see your point but I didnt stretch it like you did. Time and energies.

If you continue to expose yourself to these media influences eventually you will suffer from negative transference. And then we all get to see your hate in full bloom.

My advice to you, dont allow yourself to get carried by this stream.

        • tstev

Now you are giving me advise to shut up… using big words like negative transference!!

You don’t get to decide for other people how to think because you like their reaction..

  • It was definitely taken in the Reston store – in the background it shows the sign for ‘Armstrong’ which is one of the cash register lanes in the Reston Trader Joes.

  • Michael C

Ground breaking news, someone was a jerk. First time, must be worth writing a story about it.

    • noodmik

The above comment is not newsworthy, albeit it being a jerk of a post.

  • WIGGER BOSS

I live in Reston and people here are very racist towards people of color . Most of the people who live in Reston are really racist then act like they’re not because they know a black person or someone else of ethnicity. I’m happy this happended because now Reston will finally be exposed . Reston town center is also a very racist place as well .

    • The Constitutionalist

Race and color played no part in this video or article.

      • WIGGER BOSS

        But a racist did .

I grew up in Reston and know about the people who live here .

        • The Constitutionalist

          What races were involved here?

          • WIGGER BOSS

            White race ..

            That’s enough .

          • The Constitutionalist

So if someone is white, they’re a racist?

I don’t think this is the place for you my friend, and I’m certainly not the person to debate. You aren’t ready.

          • WIGGER BOSS

            Pretty much
Especially in Reston or Herndon va

          • The Constitutionalist

The only racist I’ve met here is you.

          • WIGGER BOSS

            – butthurt

          • Kairy

The woman did not record the whole interaction between herself and the lady with the cart! Basically, the woman was nice to give up her turn in the line to the white woman in the video. And this woman who gave her turn away was muslim but not covered! And the white lady was making a conversation to a stranger about another muslim lady who she saw at the back of the store who wore a niqab (which is her personal choice and since we have freedom of religion and choice, you shouldn’t judge, if you want to just keep it to yourself, if you can’t then that is the definition of a racist: a person who shows or feels discrimination or prejudice against people of other races, or who believes that a particular race is superior to another.), so she turned to that woman and dissed the woman in the cover to this muslim lady not knowing she was muslim too, then she tells her that she should not be in this country and she was even born here. What is more racist than this… Then she keep going and she calls Obama a muslim etc…

          • The Constitutionalist

Thanks, I watched the video and read the article, you didn’t need to paraphrase with your long run-on sentences.

Islam is not a race, it is a religion. It is racist to say otherwise. You can’t quote the definition of a word and then twist it to mean what you want it to mean. Words matter.

She is clearly an Islamophobe, a racist maybe, but you can’t identify that by this video.

          • Kairy

Excuse my long run-on sentences! I was using the voice command option on my iphone.

          • The Constitutionalist

Great, now dictate to your phone an intelligent comment about the relationship between race and Islam.

          • tstev

Certainly you have dictated your belief about race claiming to believe what you learned through some fictitious college studies and that is despite that I post the facts the item below before…

Race is not a scientific fact.

“”Race Is a Social Construct, Scientists Argue””

            https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/race-is-a-social-construct-scientists-argue/

          • The Constitutionalist

Fictitious college studies? Really? I said that I heard your argument in college, why would you dispute that?

          • tstev

Yes fictitious.. because you were making the claim to avoid logic claim posted here by me with references.

You tried to hack it to push your fraudulent doctrine to justify your views.

          • The Constitutionalist

There hasn’t been a single thing posted by you today rooted in logic. Logic means strictly evaluating the situation by the information that is present, not by bringing in a whole lot of other stuff that you’re making up because it sounds likely.

Again, you may very well be correct. The woman may be a white supremacist, may be a racist, may even be a Nazi.

But you can’t tell just from the video.

          • tstev

It is not a “may” in there because she talked sufficiently providing sufficient evidence to define herself..

          • Adrian Havill

            Condescending and insulting.

          • tstev

Surely it is not a race.. but so was Judaism and yet white supremacy was a doctrine that led to Holocaust.

          • The Constitutionalist

The difference is that there is some validity in calling the Jewish people a race.

There is no validity and saying that crimes against Islam are racist. Because Islam is a race.

Put that (majority white(OH GOD RACIST FACTS)) taxpayer funded education to use and learn to comprehend words.

          • tstev

In your mind that would be the case because you are product of propaganda that defines races based on ideology

Race is not a scientific fact.

“”Race Is a Social Construct, Scientists Argue””

            https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/race-is-a-social-construct-scientists-argue/

          • The Constitutionalist

I took sociology in college, I heard the argument. Until the definition changes, religion will not be a race.

          • tstev

Now you claim to be an expert because it does not fit in to your false belief. That shows your bias.

            You are playing game.

Again I ask… How did you come of with a claim that she is not a white supremacist.. Why did the blond claim that the women was not an American?

          • The Constitutionalist

We are talking about the current definition of race. Not the definition of race as you see it, or what its definition will be in the future. When the definition changes, what we can call the white woman can change.

            Until then, facts trump feelings.

I will repeat myself again, like I have before, no “racist” comments were made. A white supremacist would be such based on her feelings of race. That the WHITE RACE is superior to all other RACES. American is not a RACE. ISLAM is not a RACE. Being anti ISLAM does not make you RACIST. Being anti ISLAM does not make you a WHITE SUPREMACIST.

You are jumbling together all these terms and assigning them a relationship when IN THIS CONTEXT there are none.

            Is Islam a race? No.
Does being anti Islam make you a racist? No.
Does being anti Islam make you a white supremacist? No.
Does being racist make you a white supremacist? No.
Are you jumping to conclusions based on the only information that doesn’t exist in the video? Yes.

          • Adrian Havill

Oh, now we’re on the all caps rant. First sign that someone is losing.

          • The Constitutionalist

Please look up the definition of all caps. It doesn’t exist here. I don’t know how to bolt or italicize here or I would have. That’s to give emphasis to the words in mention.

          • Adrian Havill

            Weak and sad.

          • tstev

“”Does being racist make you a white supremacist? “”” Yes if you claim to be white..

          • Adrian Havill

Which community college would that be?

          • Adrian Havill

Some being the weasel word. And how do you know who funded tstev’s education?

          • drax

Fine, she’s not a racial bigot, but a religious bigot. Glad we cleared that up.

          • The Constitutionalist

Again, nothing was indicated that she was particularly religious either. Glad you jumped to that conclusion as well. Seems emotions are running rampant here as everyone makes up what was not on film.

          • drax

Wow, you’re more pedantic than I realized.

She expressed hatred. It was disgusting. Good enough for you, or will you quibble with that too?

          • The Constitutionalist

If more people were concerned with the small details, a lot of our problems would go away. There’s a reason attention to detail is a trait employers are looking for.

Not once have I said what she sad wasn’t wrong, or disgusting, or hateful. I have merely suggested to possibility that there is more to this story and it is not wise to judge the entire situation based on one 57 second clip of a clearly much longer confrontation.

No matter what happened, what the woman said was wrong. I want to know what happened before the recording, regardless of what she said, and regardless of justification.

          • Mike M

I’m startin’ to hate you. Is that OK?

          • Adrian Havill

Kind of a condescending four paragraphs, don’t you think?

          • tstev

            Interesting so now now..

“”She is clearly an Islamophobe, a racist maybe””

that was the closest you had to confession.. I gather..

The fact that he did Obama baiting is because of color…

          • Mike M

I hate Obama because he is a leftist who seemed to believe that the US was the source of the world’s trouble. Does that make me a racist?

          • tstev

I don’t care what you think about Obama.. and you have a blocked history so it is not possible to view your other beliefs for anyone to judge.. Open up your history for me to look and i will see..

            but “she”is racist…

          • Mike M

You continue to miss the point. Being anti-immigrant or anti-Muslim has little to do with race. There are Muslims and immigrants of every race. How thick are you.

I stand by my posts and do not agree they are racist.

          • tstev

No I think that you are did not understand it very well and you never will. Race is a construct and and it is typically shaped by hate agenda and dogma. The Jewish population was subject of racism and white supremacist doctrine and they there is no Jewish race.. and yet Germans constructed one.

“you” yourself are racist… You have been called on your racist posts.. I found some and that is why you are hiding your history.

Are you and Constitutionalist, the same poster because you are regurgitating his comments..

          • Adrian Havill

            Name calling again.

          • tstev

You are trying to wash white supremacist and their rants so you are guilty

          • Why do you bother?

            Try a mirror.

          • The Constitutionalist

Another classic outburst of calling someone a racist? Starting to wonder if you have any other tricks up your sleeve…

I’m going to go with no, that would require half a brain and that would be quite a compliment for you.

          • Why do you bother?

            Bless your heart…

      • tstev

Again that is a fraudulent claim. The blond woman did indeed rant against Obama who is not white and claimed that he has to be arrested.

That is product of racist dogma

        • Fred

She didn’t say he should be arrest because of the color of his skin.

          • tstev

And.. that is not a necessarily condition for racist dogma

          • Fred

Looking through the comments you are the only one bringing up the race of other people.

          • tstev

            Yes another line by Constitutionalist….

            You are on ignore

    • David

Okay, “wigger” boss. It sounds to me like you’re either hanging out with the wrong crowd or have never actually been to Reston.

      • WIGGER BOSS

I lived in Reston almost my whole life . My kids go to school here . I use to bring food.to the shelter across from the police station . The hospital is right next to that … I grew up here and the people who live here are racist

        • The Constitutionalist

There are racists everywhere. That doesn’t make all Reston residents racist.

          • WIGGER BOSS

I’m white OK …. and I can tell you now the white people in Reston and Herndon are racist

          • Agnès Powers

            Except you apparently…

          • WIGGER BOSS

            I’m mixed

          • The Constitutionalist

            “I’m white OK”

            “I’m mixed”

            Which is it?

          • WIGGER BOSS

            You sound upset

          • CE

It’s obvious you are angry troll. Who else would use Bill Mayer for a picture? Here’s a better picture for you:

          • tstev

That is Bill Maher… not Bill Mayer..

            Are you a Trumpster fan..

          • CE

Thanks tstev. You guys need to chill out with the name calling and blanket statements that all white people in Reston are racists. None of that helps anything. I am not a trump fan.

          • tstev

That is a valid comment so I am not debating that. Not a single person in universe is responsible for poor conduct by another person if they have not been involved in the process or the event..

However that is such an open attack and there is lack of inhibition even in presence of camera and being recorded. So we cannot prove that there is no underlying currents…

The local population and their reaction will tell the tale eventually and not my or anybody’s else’s comment..

          • WIGGER BOSS

            – insecure

          • tstev

Are you a white supremacist like the woman in the video?

    • Mike M

Are you nuts? Reston is full of self-righteous Liberals! They pretend they are crusaders against racism. They see racism even where race isn’t the issue. In fact, they are obsessed with race as the comments below show. But they are not hateful of anything but Conservatives and Christian evangelicals.

      • cRAzy

My only problem with “Christian evangelicals” or any other nominally religious person is how they can be “hateful” of others. I know no serious faith that calls out a special race, gender, sexual preference, etc. It is the ultimate hypocrisy.

  • Brad

“in b4 the lock”, as we used to say on the Internet.

  • Arielle in NoVA

Given that the video was posted by a comedian, I sure hope this doesn’t turn out to be a setup or a performance.

    • Jenny Gibbers

Probably yes. Like i said, time waster.

      • tstev

Ya right! However, You not wasting “your”time upvoting the Constitutionalist fellow who defended the blond woman’s action and claimed that it was not racist… Did you happen to upvote them without reading?!

        • The Constitutionalist

I didn’t defend her actions LOL. I said it wasn’t racist. Because it wasn’t.

You really have trouble understanding words.

          • tstev

When you claimed that racism is not racism.. you were defending it.

            Don’t confuse yourself

  • tstev

All people that look brown people are suppose to be answering question for other brown people that white people want to target and that is her mindset.. Obviously she has been trolling online…

This is for people in Reston:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z7oG74nHSTQ

    • The Constitutionalist

      Is that even English?

      • tstev

No only you can speak English..

  • tstev

Try to wash the abuses by white supremacists by changing the subject… what else can you do

    • The Constitutionalist

You are changing the subject TO white supremacists. You’re the only one who brought that up.

Stay on track there Hillary shill.

      • tstev

That is not true. She is a white supremacist otherwise why would she claim that they lady is not American.. How did she come up with that belief?

        • Why do you bother?

          That woman is no lady.

      • Adrian Havill

        Name calling. Here we go.

  • Amy Sue

Thanks for posting RN. So glad this woman’s face was exposed. People can decide for themselves what to think.

    • The Constitutionalist

Only if people will let them decide for themselves. Don’t scroll down.

    • Mike M

      Can we see your face?

  • Jenny Gibbers

I think we can all agree on this, no need for the media to report on hurt feelings. Total be-yes.

    • Adrian Havill

      Not your decision to make.

      • tstev

She is making the declaration to wash it

        • Margaret kuzawinski

People should keep their comments to themselves when be in a store. Not the place. I would have given that stupid white Lady a few choice words. That just show people that are racist think it’s ok to speak out because of Donald trump.

  • tstev

Yes I do know what it is.. you are again trying to hack yourself as expert that you are not.

She can not be definition know who is an American or not by looking at them.. The fact that she played the racist rant with Obama proved that she is one.

You are trying to wash it

  • The Constitutionalist

I do, sort the comments by earliest to latest and read.

  • Adrian Havill

    Ah, the other N word.

  • dacheddar

What is her name? If she remains nameless, this despicable behavior is on Reston as a community.

Let’s put responsibility where it belongs: On the bigoted, ignorant excuse for human beings who perpetrate this nonsense, not “people from Reston, Va.”

  • Randy Causey

I can throw a rock twice from my front step and hit that TJ’s parking lot (I’ve a good arm).
That is the Reston Store! I have a Muslim friend who works there. Yet I also family that speak in similar terms.
Ignorance is no respective of persons, much less neighborhood.
I just find it sad when it raises it’s ugly head.
It infuriates me when it is within where I live.
I find myself not only outraged but somehow, also ashamed.

  • The Constitutionalist

No, unfortunately, I am not. You are taking this as an attack against you and you are assuming that I am defending her. I am not. I am arguing the facts of what is presented before you. We just can’t seem to agree on those.

You may be right. She very well could be a white supremacist. She might be a racist. She might be a Nazi.

In the video, she insults the woman for being Muslim. She said she was born here. She insulted the president for being Muslim. She said she wished Muslims were not allowed in this country. She said we no longer have a Muslim president and that he will soon be in jail.

Those are the facts. Everything else is a non sequitur you are creating from what isn’t shown in the video.

She said nothing about the color of her skin.

She said nothing about her race.

She said nothing about whites being superior to all others.

Those are the facts before you. What conclusions you draw from them are up to you, but you didn’t come to those conclusions based on fact, you used your intuition and reasoning skills. All wonderful things that are just… not fact.

Again, she very well could be everything that you describe, and she most likely is, but this video alone is not enough to prove that.

You cannot sensibly argue with anything that is written here. Inductive reasoning starts with a conclusion and that’s what you have. You have a top down look that the woman in the film must be a racist/white supremacist when they only thing she has done has openly expressed her hatred of Muslims and Obama (who she believes will probably be in jail soon) and said that she was born here.

No race. No color. No anti brown. No white supremacy. No Nazis. No Heiling Hilter.

Was she wrong? Undoubtedly. A racist white supremacist though, it’s unclear.

  • Jenny Gibbers

Two ladies had a bad day and got into a stupid cat fight. The media is having a field day. Meanwhile thousands of injustices unfold each day and threaten wo/mankind at its very core. Pick your battle wisely, if thats your thing.

My guess here, its not worth it. Move on. May the good lord bless us if this continues.

  • Mike M

You are wrong on this. She clearly doesn’t like Muslims. She also has MAJOR filter issues. I think her target said it best. The woman is not right, not normal. I stand in lines all the time and I’ve never heard anything like this. But, . . . ho hum. By the way, if you have the right to not like Christians, you have the right to not like Muslims. Sorry.

  • Jenny Gibbers

People have said worse things to me and I let it slide.

  • Generic User

Some of these commenters have a lot of time on their hands.

    Upon suffering beyond suffering:

The Red Nation shall rise again and it shall be a blessing for a sick world; a world filled with broken promises, selfishness and separations; a world longing for light again.

I see a time of Seven Generations when all the colors of mankind will gather under the Sacred Tree of Life and the whole Earth will become one circle again.

In that day, there will be those among the Lakota who will carry knowledge and understanding of unity among all living things and the young white ones will come to those of my people and ask for this wisdom.

I salute the light within your eyes where the whole Universe dwells. For when you are at that center within you and I am that place within me, we shall be one.

    – Crazy Horse, Oglala Lakota Sioux (circa 1840-1877)

    • Mike M

Psst! Native Americans treated each other with great violence and occasional annihilation. So, why do you hate your own country? If we keep encouraging immigration from those with very foreign values, we’ll be singing the same sad songs.

  • Margaret kuzawinski

Sad, that women should thrown out of the US for not being an American herself. SMH.

  • Kristen

The video is definitely shot in our store…at one point the camera pans to the signs above the registers and it’s our elementary school names and mascots there. Def shot in Reston TJs. It’s a completely inappropriate conversation to have in general, and definitely to have in line, unprompted, at the grocery store. Not normal. And the whole “Obama is a Muslim” thing…it’s tiring. This lady shows a complete disconnect from reality.

  • Greg

Hmmm—looks staged to me. No one has identified the woman? No store video? Of the checkout lanes? And the reporting dude’s profile?

    • WIGGER BOSS

      – hurt

  • Bernie Supporter

Purports to show??? As in: “appear or claim to be or do something, especially falsely”; As in: “she is not the person she purports to be.” Seriously???

  • WIGGER BOSS

Wish they didn’t let you in our country?

Wait what… I bet native Americans felt the same way after your race slaughteted them

    • Mike M

Yeah. And watch out, ham bone. There’s a new wave a-comin’. Do we let them overwhelm us too? I say no.

  • WIGGER BOSS

This is why everyone hates whyte people

  • Delsin Rowe

Why does she have a shopping cart for just one item?

  • tstev

I disagree.. it is you who has been trolling these boards and pumping racially motivated slander. You are a racist and so you will come to rescue of the racists and your comments prove it. Whatever history that you believe that applies and does not apply is not material argument because you have shown your bias. You also lied and claimed to a lefty and you hide your history..

Here is other folks calling you on your racist banter.
    https://www.restonnow.com/2017/01/09/police-reston-man-attacked-woman-while-she-was-pumping-gas/

    • Mike M

You are repeating yourself. Scroll up. I’ve addressed many of your points.
Yes, there are many name callers in here. It is not respectable logically to say you are a *X8@% because other people said so. Sorry. As already stated, I was called a racist because I didn’t like Obama, and because I think we need to control immigration into the country.

No, no one in here would EVER confuse me with a lefty. Except maybe an immature railer such as you. I am done with you, unless you have something intelligent to add.

      • tstev

I called you a racist because I read few of your older posts unrelated to this topic. You have been race baiting prior to this article. Race baiting is obviously your nature or you wouldn’t be doing it. You were targeting black population.. Then religions baiting which is also another platform for racist doctrine.. You play all those obviously..

Immigration bashing can be used as yet another platform for racist doctrine if those immigrants are being targeted for being different.. Yes one can be anti immigration without being racist and that would mean a USA that is not offering immigration visa or entry visa to anyone entering USA black/white, regardless of religion…

Open your profile and do it right now so we can all read some of your history.. although I am pretty sure that you have more than just one ID too.. That type abusive conduct is synonymous with trolling.

No one will confuse you with a lefty for sure… I was wrong there .. You were attacking Obama.. painting that attack as an attack on lefties..
That is part of the package too..

By the way Obama is not a lefty…

  • Ralph Rock

Can confirm it’s in Reston. Green sign says Hunters Woods which is the name of an elementary school. All the registers have a school name above.

  • tstev

That is your construct to defend racism. Again your attack on people based on their religion is a racist conduct because that the difference you have singled out to target them.

  • Tim D

A little odd for Trader Joe’s, completely common at Whole Foods.
