Site on Fairfax-Loudoun Line Part of Pitch for Amazon’s Second Headquarters — Fairfax County officials are pitching a site on the border of Fairfax and Loudoun counties as part of their pitch to lure Amazon’s second headquarters.  Northern Virginia was listed among 20 locations selected by Amazon as the company decides where to locate new offices.
