Healthy Food Snacking Demonstration Set for July 18

Healthy eating requires preparation.

At a workshop on Thursday, July 18, participants will learn how to make healthy snacks. A Giant Food nutritionist will share tips and teach how to make healthy snacks at home.

The workshop is set for Reston Community Center at Hunters Woods from 2-3 p.m. Registration is required, but the event is free.

The event is open to individuals age 18 and above.
