Now Open: Fusion 360 Fitness at South Lakes Village Center

Reston has a new exercise option: Fusion 360 Fitness opened its doors at South Lakes Village Center last week.

The boutique exercise studio is located at 11130-D South Lakes Village Dr., in the space formerly occupied by Pet Valu.

Owner Maya Agha says she is excited to open her new business, which offers personal training and specialized classes that will appeal to people at all levels of fitness. They also have a nutritionist on staff to tailor diets to match fitness goals.

Fusion 360 offers free fitness assessments. After that, clients can choose from individual classes and training sessions or purchase a package. Individual classes — which include cycling, boxing, and sculpting, among others — — begin at $14. Fusion 360 is offering an opening special of a month of unlimited classes for $89.99 or two months for $179.88. Classes are taught by head trainer Joel Mayers.

Fusion 360 is one of several new fitness facilities to open in Reston in the last year. In September, Lifetime Athletic opened a 100,000-square-foot gym on Business Center Drive. In January, Crunch Fitness opened at Reston Town Center.

However, Agha says Fusion 360’s personalized attention will complement workouts.

“We’re not a gym,” says Agha. “We’re a gym add-on.”
