    It started at Sallie Mae, now it’s Fannie Mae. Which Mae is next? Ginny? Johnny?

    So Fannie Mae is moving employees from almost 700,000 square feet of office space in the Reston area. And General Dynamics is moving from near Merrifield. And the new 17 story office building at Town Center will be filled mostly by employees who currently work nearby.

    And 3,000+ rental apartments are under construction.
