Their unease involves Reston’s flagship characteristics, its tree canopy, lakes, and public art. Local Couple Helps Families Virtually Monitor Babies — A Northern Virginia couple is helping families see newborns who are in intensive care at local hospitals. The couple has offered to install cameras on incubators or cribs of infants. [WJLA]
